Company Standard Policies

Fullfillment Policy

FOX Integrated Solutions provides an online service platform where customers access TNT WiFi Internet via monthly or annual subscription. We also offer an over the counter / online purchases as well as we perform tech support and installations. This fulfillment policy outlines how we deliver our services, handle billing, and provide customer support.

TNT WiFi Service Access

Account Creation: A Service Rep Will assist in setting up your New User Account and email you links to complete your password and information

Network Access: Once Installation has been complete new users will receive a First invoice for the installation. Upon payment of that invoice you will gain access to the Internet. 

​

Subscription Management: Customers can manage their subscription, including bill pay and more, through their customer portal, accessible from their dashboard.

Billing

Subscriptions: Plan Specific subscriptions are billed (Monthly or Annually), with charges occurring on the same day (Based On Service Start Date)

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by our payment processors Stripe and Square including:

  • Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

  • ACH Payments

  • Check Payments

  • Cash App, Pay Pal, and more.

 

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we'll notify you via email, and you have a one day grace period to update your payment information before service is restricted.

Geographic Ristrictions

TNT WiFi Service Availability: Our Internet service is available throughout Grant County Indiana and some surrounding areas. Please contact our sales department to check your specific address!

Fox Integrated Solutions Installations: Installations are currently only available for purchased accessories in the North Central Indiana area. Please contact sales for more details on areas we service.

​

ONLINE Order Shipping: Shipping product is currently only available to United Sates clients!

Network Updates

Automatic Updates: With TNT WiFi your equipment stays updated by the network engineers and is typically performed in the early morning to not interrupt service while being used.

​

Feature Changes: Updates may modify or delete certain features and functionality. TNT WiFi reserves the right to provide or discontinue features or functionality.

Refunds

Refund on over the counter / online purchases: You may return a purchased item up to 30 days after purchase date. Returned items must include the receipt and be unopened / new in the box. For Items Shipped the shipping portion is non-refundable and return shipping is paid by the purchaser unless agreed other wise. Items marked as is may Not be refunded.

No Refunds on Services / Labor: Once product has been installed the labor portion of the purchase is non-refundable.

 

No Refunds on Subscription Billing: Monthly and annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise requested.

Refund Exceptions: Fox Integrated Solutions may provide a refund if:

 1: There was a error in your billing

 2: If product is deemed defective by Management but not physically damaged

 3: If service provided is determined in operable by Management / Engineering

 4: Challenges with shipping or damages during shipping (must provide all necessary info)

Cancelation / Termination

Cancellation: You can cancel your  TNT WiFi service at any time by providing written or verbal notice. Upon cancellation: 

  1. You will not receive a refund for the billing period during which you cancel your subscription

  2. You will continue to have access to your service and receive updates until the subscription termination date unless otherwise requested.

  3. If you have signed up during a Contracted promotional period there will be a early termination fee of $20 per Month Remaining on the agreement as well as owe any cost for damaged or unreturned TNT WiFi Equipment.

Termination: TNT WiFi / Fox Integrated Solutions reserves the right to terminate your subscription immediately and without prior notice if: 

  1. You breach any terms of the FCC or Federal / Local Law

  2.  TNT WiFi / Fox Integrated Solutions suspects an infringement of intellectual property rights

  3. TNT WiFi / Fox Integrated Solutions ceases operations or is otherwise unable to continue providing the service.

Policy
Changes

Updates to Policies: We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in our business operations or legal obligations. Significant changes will be communicated via email and updated on this page.

Shipping

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

​

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

FoxFixedIt.Com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

​

Damages

FoxFixedIt.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you

received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

​

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the continental US.

​

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

FoxFixedIt.com will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.

Warranties

Product Warranties: Each product warranty is handled by the specific Manufacture and listed under the description on the website or on the product manual. Warranties past 30 days on all product are generally handle directly by the manufacture and can take up to 30 days to resolve (if labor is involved past 30 days it may be required to be billed to the customer depending upon Vendor)

Labor Warranty: Fox Integrated Solutions warranties all labor for 90 days after the installation. Should there be a challenge that is found to be faulty or natural occurrence we will schedule the repair at no cost in the next available time slot for the technicians. Repairs and Damages after 90 days are all handled on a per case base but will have a $75 service call minimum as well as the cost for additional parts and labor if the repair requires. The additional cost ill be quoted at the time prior to repairing and is due immeadiatly upon repair.
